internal/external pathway

-starts laterally to the side of the ala nasi and wraps around the mouth and goes along the lower portion of the cheek.
-subsequently passes through the diaphragm,
-then it enters into the stomach and following that, connects with the spleen.
-later it goes down the leg along the anterior border of the tibia
-and lastly ends on the lateral side of the tip of the second toe.
